This visit includes a guided walk through Rustic Dwells, discussion on daily rhythm and systems, a shared meal, and an orientation on how land, home, and lifestyle integrate.

Includes: Meal + farm orientation
Fee: ₹3,000 per person; (Travel excluded)

A site visit to understand orientation, slope, soil, water, access, and surrounding context — forming the basis for all design decisions.
Fee: ₹10,000 per day;
Travel & stay: As per actuals

Once clarity is established, we define scope and enter into a formal agreement.
This may include:
architectural concept development
farm and land-use planning
sanitation and water strategy
material and construction approach
phased development planning
