Residents become part of the working environment, contributing their skills in exchange for being a part of land based living.
This may include practitioners such as:
agriculturists
natural builders
filmmakers and documentarians
writers and content creators
digital and communication professionals
Alongside this, residents:
live within the daily rhythm of the land
participate in farm and site activities
continue their own work where relevant
It is a shared working arrangement based on contribution and participation.
Residencies are offered for a minimum of one week, with most engagements extending to two weeks or longer depending on the nature of contribution and mutual alignment.
Shared accommodation on the farm.
Two farm-based meals are provided, with shared participation in cooking and daily upkeep.
